How to enter:
To enter, visit www.BootyParlor.com/HotChicks and follow the onscreen instructions to enter the sweepstakes online. To enter via mail, hand-print (or type) on an 8 ½” x 11” plain piece of paper, your name, address (including telephone number and email address) and mail your entry to: Booty Parlor’s Love Like a Hot Chick Sweepstakes Entry, 2695 Temple Avenue, Signal Hill, CA 90755.

For eligibility, online entries must be received starting 12:01 AM (ET) on January 5, 2009 through 11:59 PM (ET) on March 31, 2009. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2009 and received by April 10, 2009. Limit one entry per person or email address. If more than one entry is received per person or email address, only the first entry submitted will be considered valid. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. 
To obtain a copy of these official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Booty Parlor’s Love Like a Hot Chick Sweepstakes Entry, 2695 Temple Avenue, Signal Hill, CA 90755 (unless residing in the state of Vermont, in which case no return postage is required).

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S., who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence. Void wherever prohibited by law. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. Employees and immediate family members of Harper Collins Publishers and The Booty Parlor, Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and all other agencies, entities and persons connected with the use, marketing or conduct of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged and entries will not be returned.

Prizes::
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive, via phone, an exclusive, personalized Hot Chicks consultation session with Hot Chicks authors Cerina Vincent and Jodi Lipper, as well as a Booty Parlor Mojo Makeover by Booty Parlor co-founder, Dana B. Myers. The Grand Prizewinner will also receive a Deluxe Collection of Booty Parlor products, including Flirty Little Secret Firming Cream with Pheromones, Flirty Little Secret Body Butter with Pheromones, Flirty Little Secret Firming Bronzer with Pheromones, Tickle Me Intimacy LoveKit, Kissaholic Kissing Kit, Seduction Kit, Sex Bombs, Melt Chocolate Body Fondue, Dust Up Kissable Body Shimmer, and the Don’t Stop Massage Candle, with an approximate retail value of $318.00.

Ten (10) First Prize Winners will receive, via courier, the Hot Chicks Experience by Booty Parlor. Each Hot Chicks Experience includes: 1 How to Love Like a Hot Chick book, Flirty Little Secret Luminizing Body Butter with Pheromones, Kissaholic Kissing Kit, and Petite Intimacy LoveKit, with an approximate retail value of $86.90. Aggregate value of all First Place Prizes is $869.00

Prizes are valued in U.S. dollars. Prizes consist of only the items listed as part of the prize. No substitution of prizes permitted by winner. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. In the unlikely event that prizes offered are discontinued or otherwise unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be delivered. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted no later than April 13, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified either by mail or email. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected and awarded the prize. Delivery of prize requires a full street address (no P.O. Boxes) and requests for full addresses may be made.

Conditions: The Booty Parlor, Inc., Harper Collins Publishers, their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, are not responsible for errors in printing Sweepstakes, entries and/or game pieces. In the event of printing or other errors which may result in unintended prize values, or duplication of the prize, all affected game pieces or entries shall be null and void and if necessary new entries will be established and added to the proper prize level as deemed necessary by Booty Parlor Inc. and participate in the random drawing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. If for any reason the promotion is canceled, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside the control of Sponsor which impair or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted and entries will be judged from all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email. By acceptance of a prize, winner consents to use of names, photographs or other likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promotion on behalf of The Booty Parlor, Inc., without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner agrees that The Booty Parlor, Inc., Harper Collins Publishers, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or use of their prize. No responsibility or liability is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered or misdirected mail, or misdirected email, or any human error, which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. By providing submission, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules of this Sweepstakes.
