What kind of warranty do your products carry?

We stand behind everything we sell. All of our products carry a 30 day guarantee so long as the item remains unused. If any of the merchandise you order appears defective within the first 30 days, please contact Customer Service for a return instructions. Once the product is returned to us, you will receive either an exact replacement, a replacement of equal value, a gift certificate or a complete refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been used or worn. This includes lingerie, which should only be "tried on" over clothing.

 

I need to return my product. Where do I send it?

 

Before returning a product, contact our Customer Service department for an return authorization number (RMA) and instructions. You must have an RMA number to send a return regardless of the reason.

 

Who pays shipping if I return my order?

 

In the event you received a defective product or the wrong product, we will cover shipping fees. If you are returning a product that you simply no longer want, you will be responsible for shipping.

 

 

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after a return is received (except if received on Fri-Sat). Exchanges are shipped within 24 hours after return is received (except if received on Fri-Sat).
