Holiday Shopping Tips

 

To make sure your gift-giving experience goes smoothly, we've prepared answers to some common questions. Should you need any additional assistance or have a custom ordering request, please contact our customer care department.

 

Shipping Deadlines

 

To insure your order arrives by Christmas, orders must be placed by:
1pm EST on Tuesday, December 17th for ground or free shipping,
11am EST on Thrusday, December 19th for 2-day shipping,
8pm EST on Sunday, December 22nd for overnight shipping.

 

Gift Options

 

If you're shipping a gift directly, be sure to select the "gift" option while checking out. This let's our warehouse know not to include any prices or invoices with your order. Additionally, you will have the option of including a gift card including your personal message along with your gift order.

 

Packaging & Gift Wrap

 

Each Booty Parlor order is exquisitely hand-packaged using pink tissue paper and placed inside of a designer box ready to be given as a gift with no wrapping required. For an extra special touch and a gift that will truly impress, try building your very own gift basket, custom packaged in a large designer box with a free pink or red decorative boa.

 

Discrete Shipping

 

Be assured that your gift will arrive anonymously. Each order is placed into a discrete shipping box marked only as "BP Gifts" and sent via FedEx to insure a quick and safe arrival in time for the holidays.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your unused item or you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service department and they will assist you with a return, replacement or refund.
