| Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative |
| Summary:
| A key member of our Sales & Customer Service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving monthly sales quotas, while providing first-class customer service to a number of our wholesale accounts. In addition, you’ll be responsible for researching new business opportunities and calling directly to open new accounts. You’ll also support our existing Customer Service team, helping to manage in-bound Customer Service calls and emails. |
| Duties and Responsibilities include:
|
- Generate new and repeat sales by establishing strong relationships with your accounts and providing them with excellent Customer Service.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
- Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
- Educate customers the features and benefits of our products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Research new business opportunities and proactively call to present the brand.
- Support existing Customer Service team to manage in-bound calls and emails from both Wholesale Customers and our E-Commerce business.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sale and customer service team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

| Summary:
| We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and high-energy sales executive with a demonstrated track record of success to lead our domestic sales activities. Reporting directly to the company’s President, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the brand’s decision-making team. |
| Duties and Responsibilities include:
|
- Generate new and repeat sales by establishing strong relationships with your accounts and providing them with excellent Customer Service.
- Research, identify, pitch and secure new clients and distribution opportunities
- Develop and manage sales budgets, pricing and consumer research
- Develop the annual sales forecast for all items on assigned accounts and forecasts for new accounts
- Manage, develop, train and motivate the sales team to meet company’s sales objectives. This includes training employees, providing regular coaching and development feedback on a consistent basis.
- Direct the company’s trade show strategy and execute shows as needed to meet with new or existing customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand existing product range and actively help to improve the range through new products, positioning and category opportunities
- Analyze the sales team’s activities performance and report activity to the senior management team on an ongoing basis

- Direct account sales skills in targeting, prioritizing, presenting and selling, including an ability to negotiate and close new business.
- Strong experience managing and building strong relationships with key account/partner relationships
- Experience developing successful sales programs and innovations that drive product sell-thru and boost in-store profile
- Experience managing a P&L, budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at hand and possess exceptional organization and follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills, including full competence with Microsoft Office

| Experience & Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in sales related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of sales/business development leadership experience in branded consumer products, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven success launching and managing brands in multiple channels
